Founder and Executive Director
Nancy Adams, M.S., CCC-SLP, is the Founder and Executive Director of Bridge Disability Network, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to helping children with disabilities access essential therapies and services. Since founding Bridge Disability Network in 2014, she has supported families in continuing therapy when insurance coverage ends, ensuring children are not limited by financial barriers.
Nancy is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with over 30 years of experience in the public school system, serving children with autism, intellectual disabilities, and other developmental needs. She worked on the preschool assessment team for 12 years, helping provide early intervention services to young children. She currently provides in-home therapy through Early Steps and Children’s Medical Services (CMS) and is a certified Hanen Therapist and PROMPT-trained clinician, equipping parents and caregivers with effective strategies to foster communication development. She is deeply committed to the mission of helping families access the services their children need to thrive.
